Glenn Miles, President and CFO

Glenn Miles is an Innovative Finance Executive and Business Partner with extensive global experience obtained in public accounting and in financial leadership positions across multiple regulated industries at Fortune 40 companies. Glenn is trained in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), an active CPA and a member of FEI and AICPA.

Glenn recently completed a turnaround role as the Chief Financial Officer of Cancer Genetics, Inc. (Nasdaq: CGIX). He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Interpace Pharma Solutions (a sold Business Unit subject to a Transitional Service Agreement with Interpace Biosciences, Inc.)

Glenn remains President and Chief Financial Officer of Catalytic Consulting LLC whose mission is to Optimize and Transform Client Organizations, Key Leaders and Finance Enabling Processes for best-in-class Portfolio Monetization, Operational Efficiency and Controls Effectiveness across commercial and philanthropic sectors.

Before launching an advisory business, Glenn researched Health Care / Non-Profits and invested thought leadership into the finance transformation needs therein. This followed Glenn serving in an operational role as Biopharma Controller for Developed Europe, Latin America and US Oncology at Pfizer. Prior to Pfizer, Glenn held the post of Vice President - Global Expense Control and Analysis - Non-Personnel Expense (NPE) for Lehman Brothers.

Prior to Pfizer, Glenn held the post of Vice President - Global Expense Control and Analysis - NPE for Lehman Brothers leading up to the global financial crisis of 2008.  Previous to Lehman, Glenn progressed through various finance and accounting assignments at AT&T Mobility in the Field (NYC metro) and at Corporate HQ (Atlanta) amidst earning an MBA during a corporate management program from Mercer University.

Early in his career, Glenn worked in public accounting at Grant Thornton (and a regional subscriber firm). Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama having majored in Accounting with a complimentary minor in Computer Science.
